Plays are strategic moves that teams use to score points by confusing the opponents’ defence.
REFEREE SIGNALS AND CALLS
Covers the same area as the basic rules of the game but with the introduction of signs and more detailed rules
FITNESS LEVELS AND S.A.Q TRAINING
S.A.Q training stands for Strength, Agility and Quickness. This will help a player in his/her all round abilities needed for the sport of basketball. All professional basketball players under go strict S.A.Q training, therefore, introducing the players to S.A.Q training early mean it will improve their athletic abilities during the course
CERTIFICATION
Players will receive a certificate at the end of the course with an analysis sheet showing the skills they have learnt and suggested skills and techniques to improve.
